I'm currentyly working with the evalutaion edition version 8,
Quickbooks Pro 2008, and Access 2007

I cannot write or edit table data in my Customer table over my lan
I have no problem I'm  working from a local copy

Sorry, you haven't provided enough details on what your problem actually is. If you are using the current company file open in QuickBooks on your workstation, then it makes no difference whether the companyname.qbw is opened from C: drive or a network mapped drive. Check your network permission and QuickBooks Integration settings for the networked company file.

I have the same problem, I use a desktop computer, no network,  when I try to use "VB DEMO" from the start Menu, try to run a query insert into customer(....) values('...) , it said "Filed  not allow in Insert", why?

Not all the fields (columns) in the Customer table are insertable. See: How do I add customers? and How can I create a custom field in the Customer table using QODBC?  for more.
