I have QuickBooks 6 installed and have installed the latest QODBC. I keep getting the Error 8004042f. I see all the solutions for QuickBooks for Canada, and I have tried them. But nothing works. I also don't seem to have the test connection link that I am supposed to in the program folder.
I am at a loss as to how to make this work. I really want to buy and use it, but it isn't working for me. What can I do to make it work?

The problem was that my version of QuickBooks was too old. It worked right away when I upgraded.
