I have a problem while insert a new invoice into Quickbooks. If the amount i put in "InvoiceLineAmount" field in "InvoiceLine" table is tax included, but at the end the invoice total will add the tax amount again. Can i know what is the field name for Amount Include Tax, so that i can enable it while i insert a new invoice or how to solve this problem. Thanks

Actually i am using Quickbooks Enterprise 2008-09 Australia version.

Please refer to: QODBC issues with QB 2008/09 first. As far as handling GST is concerned, see the Australian Sample Tutorial example in: How can I create multiple lines in the Invoice, Purchase, Journal and other tables?

Can i know how i can update the IsTaxIncluded field in Invoice Table? Because i can see the field but i can not update it by using VB Demo with the sql query
    update Invoice set IsTaxIncluded=1 where TxnID='117A-1260863026'
It don't have error but it update nothing in that field but i can update other fields. Can you please give me more information about this because i want to make sure it will work before i purchase.

You will not be able to do anything with tax using QuickBooks 2008/09 until QODBC v9 is released.
