I have a client who has a QB file with 300 plus employee's and he is splitting the company into two.  Is there a way to transfer all employee information including payroll tax settings and direct deposit from one QB file to another?  When I use QOBDC to link to QB I do not see tables that contain this information.  Any help that can be provided in more easily transfering this information would be greatly appreciated it.

You can start by exporting the Employee and EmployeeEarning tables and then import the employees you need by executing a looped insert statement. See: How do I add a new Employee? and What can I do with Employee Earnings (EmployeeEarning)?
