I've found some other posts regarding part of the issue. I'm trying to pull the TimeTracking tbl into Access and it seems to be to large. To correct for it, I'm able to use SELECT * From TimeTracking Unoptimized where TxnDate >= {d'2008-01-01'} and it works.

The other issue I'm haveing though, is it won't pull this data more than once, maybe twice, without me first having to shut down Access and QuickBooks. (I'm still making the report, so want to make sure all the data is getting refreshed.) Any setting I could look at or changes I can make so that I don't have to keep closing and opening apps?  I'm using Access 2003 and ES8 with the latest edition of the driver.

As always, your help is greatly apprreciated.
