where is reference showing dependant fields/tables |

when we start writing code to write to the QB database, i'm assuming there must be a reference out there that says what tables/fields are required when posting certain types of data/transactions.
eg// if we add a new invoice or bill, how are we supposed to know which fields and in what order to write to quickbook's database????
