My name is Chandresh Patel and I have some basic questions before I make any purchase. I already talk with your sales team and they told me that contact tech suppot for all questions that you have.
Overview of my product:
I developed one product (whole product is web based) for Supply Chain Management and I have 1200 customer who is using this system. In this system I am taking invoices, payables and recevables. My whole application is not accounting application but for some calculation we need invoices and receivables. Client wants to get this data into their quick books.
I know that and right now I am exporting data into .IIF files and client is using that to import into quick books.
Questions:
1. If I purchase your server edition than how it works with my client quick book automatically. (Using web application)
2. If my client is using QuickBook Online version than how it works with that.
3. Do I need to install QODBC driver to all of my client or only in my server. If it is only in my server than how it connect with their QB and QB Online
4. I am using SQL Server 2000 and through my web application once user is logged in than user able to send invoices into their QB. How it works.
5. If my client using different version of QB than do I have to get all different drivers for ODBC or one will work with all different version with QB
Please let me know if your program fits with my requirments than I will buy it right a way and use it.
