Luckily I showed my customer (last week) that I could change data in Quickbooks and it was updated in Alpha 5 and vice versa.  (or was I dreaming ??)

It seems to have broken. I am 80% sure it is me that has done something wrong. But does anyone have any suggestions.  I have unchecked the "read only" option.

I know I am not giving you much to work on, but it all seemed to be so easy at the time, and there does not seem that much to go wrong. I am starting to doubt myself, but I did have 2 separate people at separate times test "both ways" Quickbooks to Alpha 5 and vice versa.

As I say, I may be confused, would not be a first time.

Mike

First of all, check the status of your QODBC license by looking at the "About" tab in the QODBC Setup Screen to see that you have a fully functional read/write license for the version (year) of QuickBooks you are using and then go through the QODBC Tutorial for Alpha Five again and prehaps be a little more clearer on what errors you are getting?
