Deactivate License Failing |

I upgraded my laptop to Vista and now want to deactivate the license and install it on an XP machine that I have. I tried the deactivate process via the QODBC Setup screen and got a message that my license was not on file. I went to the QODBC.COM.AU and tried the deactivation through that process and got the same message that it could not find my key on file. I called Dataaccess and they said that my license is there but for some reason it is not allowing me to do the deactivation. Please advise.
Dataaccess Invoice number with license information is: 22684 |

You will need to install QODBC v7.00.00.214 in order to use the deactivation procedure under Microsoft Vista. A error message such as, "Activation not on file for CDKey: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" means that there isn't a current activation on file for the SoftwareID of the computer you are trying to deactivate. You can only deactivate active QODBC license seats.
