I know this is addressed somewhere in the forums, but I was not able to find it. Sorry about the post.

The Quickbook Premium data resides on the server and the clients reside on seperate computers from this machine. This machine is in charge of Crystal Reports and it cannot be run from the Quickbooks clients PC's. How do I attach to the Quickbooks data in Crystal Reports from this machine without installing quickbooks client. Password security is a non-issue for this problem.

You can't, the QuickBooks client needs to be installed on the computer in charge of Crystal Reports.

Ok, I can install a client piece on the workstation. Then does that client account have to have full administrative rights to access the tables?

Is there a step by step for setting this up to access the data from the workstation?

Yes, during the install. You install QuickBooks and then QODBC on the workstation and then follow the: How do I connect to QuickBooks for the first time? procedure.
