| Which version do I need for using Remote connector |

I am currently running QuickBooks and QODBC on a workstation, and, using the Remote Connector, viewing/editing the data from a second machine (LAN server) which has a second installation of QODBC on it. The second machine is accessing QODBC via the ODBC drivers of PHP (the machine is running a LAN intranet, using IIS).
Both are evaluation versions at present, and I need to determine which versions of QODBC to purchase. From the forums, it appears that the evaluation version is the server edition, but effectively runs as Desktop mode if the "use DCOM servers" box (QODBC Setup ->Server Edition tab) is unchecked.
As this box is unchecked on both versions, can I assume I just need desktop edition licenses for both machines?
