Error after update to QB Enterprise 6.0 I get - Error 80040422 |

After I updated QB to the Enterprise Edition I get - Error 80040422, This application requires single user access mode and there is already another application sharing data with QuickBooks.
I have update to latest version of QODBC. Error happens updating tables via MSAccess. After initial error subsequent updates work OK until I restart the Access app. I can access the tables directly in Access without problems.
I have tried switching to single user mode in QB and it does not help. I have tried "Use DCOM Server" and not using it.
I'm sure it is something simple but I cannot find the answer in the help forums. |

Your company file is running in Single User mode in QuickBooks, change it to Multi-user mode.
