Hi there (using evaluation version at moment)

We are wondering if it is possible to write general journals with tax to QuickBooks 08/09 Premier (Australia) through the QODBC.

We will most likely do this through MS Access 2007, although we are open to suggestions if there are better ways (we get the info in Excel initially).  I understand this is not an Access/Excel forum, just looking for some guidance from those more experienced.

We have clients that use a separate Receivables program and we need to do an import each month of all their sales - we don't want to enter it manually through the QB interface!

Thanks
Aaron

Yes, but you need to use the QODBC v9 Beta, see: Release 9.0.0.250 Fixes

You will need to use DoCmd.RunSQL commands as shown in Inserting invoice lines built from external data using MS Access
