Requires API 1.1 or 2.0 to communicate with QuickBooks |

For those of us north of the border, Intuit has made a number of less than stellar changes to QB 2008.
I have several clients looking for custom reports, but QODBC fails to connect as it requires API version 1.1 or 2.0. Last time I ran it (before installing 2008) it ran fine. Like most accountants I have several versions of QB installed from 2006 to 2008, so I can read a clients files. All are Canadian accountants versions.
QB acknowledges the access when QODBC starts, but the test connection in QODBC or from Crystal reports fails.
Is there some setting or alternate way to configure my PC so this will connect? I certainly don't want to uninstall & reinstall as this is time consuming & does not guarantee a solution.
Many thanks!
