Here is an example insert that illustrates my problem.

insert into InvoiceLine (InvoiceLineItemRefListID,InvoiceLineDesc, InvoiceLineRate,InvoiceLineQuantity,InvoiceLineAmount,FQSaveToCache) values ('800001C8-1208967791','VASSOR, WILFRED 9/19/2008 1600 2345',13.85,7.75,107.34,1)

When the header is inserted, the value of InvoiceLineRate becomes 13.85032

Needs to be 13.85.

This only occurs when InvoiceLineQuantity is fractional (i.e. 7.75).....

Thanks for a great product and your help.

That's because the InvoiceLineAmount shoud be $107.3375, because it's $107.34 QuickBooks corrects the InvoiceLineRate to be 13.85032 (ie: 13.85032 x 7.75 = $107.33998).

i am confused. these are dollar amounts so although i agree that 13.85032 x 7.75 = $107.339, what i need to achieve is  $13.85 (rate) x 7.75 (quantity) = $107.34 (us dollars)....

how can i achieve this?

thank you very much.
