I have an application that has been working great for several months. Now, all of a sudden this error message pops up when trying to add invoices to Quick Books.
Error loading - [QODBC] Error: 3180 - There was an error when saving a Invoice. QuickBooks error message: The internals could not be locked. They are in use by another user.
I am assuming this is caused by a second user having Quick Books open when I am trying to add invoices. I cannot find an answer to this error message in any of the forums here or on any other Quick Books forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

| Correct, another QuickBooks user was updating the customer or simply has the customer that you are trying to invoice open on their desktop. |
