Hello Tom,

I am using the last version of the QODBC Desktop 2007 R/w with US Enterprise QB 2007 Manufacturing/Wholesale edition.

I had the QODBC and the Visual Foxpro program that accessed it on one computer and the Quickbooks database was on another system on the network.  This was of course slow but it worked great.  I recently moved the VFP and QODBC to the server so it would be on the same system as the QBW file.  This is much faster but I am getting a seemingly randomly occuring error that I never got in the other configuration.  

Connectivity error: [QODBC] QB Begin Session Failed. Error = 80040435, Recent Changes to your configuration file require you...

BTW, we have 8 locations and I have 4 locations setup as the new everything-on-the-server style, whereas the other 4 are in the 2 separate-computer style.  I am only getting the errors on the everything-on-the-server locations.

Try looking at: Error 80040435 and Permissions Issue with IIS using AUTHENTICATED USERS
