Inserting job cost info from agriculture specific payroll into Quickbooks |

We have an agricultural specific payroll program often used by Labor Contractors. We want to insert journal entries and job cost entries into Quickbooks. I have found the info on the journal entries but don't know which Quickbook file or files to use for the job cost inserts. What we want the Quickbooks user to be able to do is create customer AR invoices from the job cost entries inserted from our payroll system. We would be inserting into fields like "Customer:Job"," Service Item", and "Class", etc.
For example, a labor contractor would provide workers for farmer John Smith (Customer). They would work on several crops (plums, nectarines - Customer:Job?) doing specific activities such as "Thinning" or "Pruning" or "Picking" (service item?). We want to insert this information into Quickbooks so that the labor contractor can create AR invoices for John Smith that would list which crops were worked on, which activities were performed and what the cost was. |

These entries should be entered as BillExpenseLines as per How do I create Bills? This allows you to record the expense for the "Customer:Job"," Service Item", and "Class", etc. |
