I have to move qodbc off my old drive to a new one. When I try to deactivate I get the message "Activation not on file for CD Key", but when I try to active the license on my new drive I get the message "Authorized quanity for CD Key has been exceeded". Both the old and new drive are running XP Pro.
How do I move the license?

The "Activation not on file for CD Key" error really means that the computer you are trying to deactivate doesn't have a active license to deactivate (or you have already deactivated it). You can only deactivate active computers. It also can take up to 48 hours for a deactivated key to become avaliable for re-activation on another computer. |
