Is there a way I can call up the SalesByItemSummary report with a filter showing only certain sales reps?  If not, how can I pull this information via SQL?  (Just looking for tables I need to pull).

I am looking to show gross profit for each item sold by a sales rep.

Thanks,

You can't use the SalesByItemSummary report, but the SalesByItemDetail report can be filtered by sales rep like this:

sp_report SalesByItemDetail show SalesRep, Text, Blank, TxnType, Date,
RefNumber, Memo, Name, Quantity, UnitPrice, Amount, RunningBalance
parameters DateMacro = 'ThisMonthToDate'
where SalesRep='YourRepsName'

Thank you, it does provide me with the items sales according to the Sales Rep, but unfortunately, the SalesbyItemDetail report does not provide the Gross Margins which I need to track as our sales reps are paid commission according to this.

Thanks,

Daryl

Ok, try looking at this instead: How can I see the cost of a stock item and compare it to what I invoiced it for?
