Hi,

I am trying to do a very specific import using v 7

We are a construction based company which pays employees on per piece rate and also hourly.
For example when we go to the pay employees section and click on a particular employee we would have to enter the following:
EXAMPLE:
Item Name             Rate ( precoded)         Quantity            Customer                 Service Item
C1                            200.00                           3                         John Doe                 Sales Construction
C3                            150.00                           5                          Ellen Doe                Sales Construction
REG HOURS         15.00                             12                        John Doe                Sales Construction

The above is the input we do manually. I have the summaries of all this in excel but I am trying to import all this into QB automatically. Assuming that my item list is already set up, is there a way I can do this using QODBC?
Paycheck is created based on the details above so instead of typing it in I would like to select the employee open him up and see all of these loaded in rather than having to type it in.

Thank you in advance

What you describe are Timesheets entries. See: How do I insert data into the Timetracking table? and Table Releations for TimeByName for reporting.
