| How do I close QuickBooks? |

I have installed QB Ent NonProfit 7 (with this machine configured as the QuickBooks server), SQL 2000, QODBC 7 on a Win2003Sp2 server.
It is working, but I cannot close QuickBooks to allow us to get into Single-user mode. Start/Shutdown/Log Off does not even work!
How do I shutdown QuickBooks? |

| Make sure no other QuickBooks users are using the company file first. You also need to close all the applications using QODBC. If you sent an invalid query to QODBC it's possible to leave a broken connection in memory that won't let you close QuickBooks. See: I'm getting the error message "Cannot close company file" for more information |
