I purchased QODBC Desktop Driver for Quickbooks USA 2007 Read Write on 12/6/2006.  Recently my computer crashed and I'm not sure how to go about downloading the version I have the license for or deactivating the "old" computer.  Please assist.

Simply download QODBC (see How can I get the latest version of QODBC? ) and reinstall QODBC. If you are still using the same computer and hard disk, just use your original CDKey Code again. Even if it's a new computer, just use your CDKey Code as QODBC always ships with an extra activation seat so you can recover from hardware crashes.

Thank you, Tom.  I followed the instructions to the link and at the end of the installation received this message:

"Authorized Quantity for Key XXXX-XXXX-XXXX has been exhausted. (Auto)"  (I replaced my actual key number with XXX.)

I then tried to Activate through the QODBC Setup screen and received the same message.

Thank you!

Please advise.

Looks like QODBC has already been activated on two computers. You will need to locate the other computer and deactivate it as per: How do I deactivate QODBC? How do I transfer my license to my new computer?

Hi Tom;

Thank you for the response however, I'm 99% certain I have not loaded this license on another computer.  I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm just trying to get the product loaded on this new computer.  The hard drive I had it loaded onto before is completely shot and I will not be able to use that computer to deactivate the license.  Please help!!

do I have to wait 24-48 hrs before the license is completely deactivated?

I requested deactivation today and now waiting.

Yes, you have to wait 24-48 hrs before the license is completely deactivated and the seat is released for re-activation.
