Hi,
I have Quickbooks Enterprise v8.0 installed on a file server on the LAN and, and keep getting this error every time I try to use QODBC to connect to it. I've read similar posts regarding the Austrailan and Canadian versions, and have tried all of the suggestions, but so far nothing works.
When I test the connection from the machine where Quickbooks is running, it works. When I test it from another machine (with full access on both machines), the connection fails.
What am I doing wrong??

| QODBC talks to QuickBooks, not the companyfilename.qbw file. QuickBooks needs to be installed on the another machine. |
