QODBC v8 is available for purchase for the Australian/New Zealand version of QuickBooks 2007/08 from http://www.QODBC.com.au , but we haven't yet released it for the new QuickBooks QBi 2008/09 series.

If I purchased QOBC Desktop Driver for Quickbooks USA 2007, I'll need to purchase a new license for 2008?

I just installed Quickbooks Premier Accountant Edition 2008 and I'm now QODBC isn't working. It asks me to activate, so I put in my cdKey code and I get a message that the ODBC call failed since the evaluation license expired. I'm not sure why it's not recognizing that I purchased QODBC last year.

Thanks.

The serial number issued to you for this product indicates the highest version of Quickbooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise that the product can be used with. If your registration code contains the year "07" at position 2 of the serial number, it is registered to only work with QuickBooks 2007 and lower versions. If the registration code is set to "06" it will work only with QuickBooks 2006 and lower versions and so on.

If you have no serial number, you are using a 30 day evaluation version. Check the "About" tab in the QODBC Setup Screen for your serial number details. If the year is "07" then you will need to purchase a QODBC v8 CDKey Code.

Is anyone able to provide a time frame on when the QODBC driver will be available for QBi2008/09?  Is it weeks?  Months?  Next year?
Thanks
Andrew

The release is sheduled for July, 2008, which is the begining of the Australian 2008/09 Financial Year.
