When I try to access the QB data with the vbdemo the QODBC trace comes up with the following error:

2007-02-20 16:51:31 QODBC Ver:  7.00.00.204 *********************************************************************************************************************
IsAService: False
Begin Session Failed. S0000 00000 [QODBC] QB Begin Session Failed. Error = 8004041c, An internal QuickBooks error occurred while trying to access the QuickBooks company data file.
Begin Session errors can be caused when running ASP or other system service and not setting the "Advanced" button option of either "Use DCOM Servers" or "Remote Connector"

Running on Windows Server 2003

See: How do I setup QODBC to auto-login into QuickBooks and start it if it's not running?

Note: QuickBooks must not be running. Unattended mode will automatically start QuickBooks as either a background or foreground task depending on whether "Launch QuickBooks UI" is checked or not checked in the QODBC setup screen. This was changed since QuickBooks 2005 because many developers didn't like users getting to QuickBooks while their application was performing tasks and many users run their servers without being logged in.
