I develop MS Access applications and host them via Citrix XenApp.

I need to “talk” to the Purchase Order (PO) tables in QB Contractors Edition and;

Create a new PO Number in QB:  What tables and fields do I need to address?  Where can I find sample code for creating a new QB PO Number?  I plan to take the returned QB PO Number and create a new record in Access for the PO Number and add line items as needed.

After the items are added in Access, I need to populate the QB PO Number detail records in QB from my Access tables, and again, what tables and fields do I need to address?  Is sample code available to accomplish this or something similar?

I have reviewed the available documentation and don’t understand how the table indices are used.

Environment: Win XP Pro SP3 and Access 2003 with Flex QODBC.

Any assistance with this shall be greatly appreciated,

See: How do I create a Purchase Order using QODBC?  RefNumber is the PO Number.
