I had purchased the QODBC v 7 for Canadian QB. Can this same driver be used as activated for the Singapore and UK versions of QB? The Singapore version is QB Pro 2003 and the UK version is QB Pro 2004.
Please let me know if one purchase of this drive which states it is compatible up to version 7 can be used across country versions or if a separate activation code is necessary for each country version.

No, you need to purchase seperate versions of QODBC. There are three country versions:
a) USA and Canada b) UK (covering Africa too) c) Australia (covering Singapore and Asia Pacific)
They're seperate version becauses you can't put all these version of QuickBooks on the one computer anyway. Intuit's qbXML SDK interface only supports a single version of QuickBooks on a given computer. |
