The QODBC Driver for QuickBooks formats data into SQL field types more easily used in programming languages for math and comparison operations. The Raw tables return the data as it is returned to QODBC without modification. The use of Raw tables was sometimes required with QODBC v3, 4 or 5 and should no longer be used. QODBC v7, or higher, now has support to convert long text fields to LONG VARCHARS.
Check the Include Raw Files: option in the QODBC Setup Screen to access them.
