Hello, I have just purchased QODBC and would like to export all my customer data from quickbooks to a MS Access file that i can add notes to etc, and i would like it to update automaticly when new data is entered into quickbooks.

Can anyone walk me through this? Thank you

Thomas

Simply link the QuickBooks tables (as per: How do I use prompted date ranges in MS Access 2007 using Vista? ) and then create a local MS Access table with either the QuickBooks ListID or FullNameRef and your note. Then query the two tables to get the extended data.
