Does ver 6.00.00.176 work properly with XP Pro and Office (access) 2003? I have a user that has migrated from Win 2000 and office 2000 to (finally) and XP Pro PC with Office 2003. I have an access routine that pulls unpaid checks from the BillPaymentCheck table that still works on the old PC but fails on the the new.... it locks up both access and QB. Other tables work fine, vendor for instance.
Any thoughts? |

That may have done it, although it seems very slow..... we'll see tomorrow during a live test.

When I make the recommended changes to the Optimizer settings and apply them I get errors with the fqqbvsav.exe program. If I use the logged in users credentials (XP on active directory) I get a application failed to start, if I do it as local or network admin user I get "the stub received bad data...." |

QODBC must be installed and run from a XP user account that is setup as a "Computer admistrator", it can't be used by Limited Account users. |

Hmmmm.... that may create some challenges since corporate IT security policies do not allow users local admin rights. |
