I cannot access purchase order information from Quick Books through Microsoft Access. Everytime I try, I get an error that says "Cannot define field more than once."

Please let me know how to get this fixed or what is causing the issue.

I am using QuickBooks 2007 Enterprise, and Microsoft Access 2003 on a Windows XP Pro PC

I wonder if it is because of some custom fields I may have in there. I will remove them and try again.

Once I removed some of my custom fields, it worked. Thanks for your help anyways.

You can use CUSTOM fields, just be sure to give them unique names. You can use sp_columns to check the QODBC and QuickBooks name.
