I cannot access purchase order information from Quick Books through Microsoft Access. Everytime I try, I get an error that says "Cannot define field more than once."
Please let me know how to get this fixed or what is causing the issue.
I am using QuickBooks 2007 Enterprise, and Microsoft Access 2003 on a Windows XP Pro PC |

I just LINKed these purchase order tables using QuickBooks 2007, MS Access 2003 and QODBC v7.00.00.207:
and received no errors.

I wonder if it is because of some custom fields I may have in there. I will remove them and try again. |

Once I removed some of my custom fields, it worked. Thanks for your help anyways. |

You can use CUSTOM fields, just be sure to give them unique names. You can use sp_columns to check the QODBC and QuickBooks name.
