Corrected issues with voided BillPaymentCheck during Multi-Table Sync.

Added "Verbose Optimizer Status Panel" checkbox to the Message tab. This option cause the Optimizer panel to come up whenever optimizer of any kind happens. The normal check box only pops up the optimizer when doing full update or reload all.

Changed Multi-Table Sync option to default of off for non-enterprise users.

Corrected an issue with missing Header information in SaleLine table.

Removed Transaction.FQTxnLinkGroupKey and added FQTxnLinkKey to all tables tables that have a group line. This will link with Transaction.FQTrxnLinkKey
