Is the Preferred Send Methon in the customer info and IsToBePrinted flag available to QODBC? I am running QB2008 Premier. If not, why?
Thank you |

That Preferred Send Method post is almost 2 years old.....No word since as to whether or not and when that field will be released?
In regards to the to be printed flag, I need to set the to be emailed flag. Can this be done?
Thank you |

No, you're welcomed to ask Intuit directly. Intuit now provides access to the "IsToBeEmailed" field in their qbXML SDK for QuickBooks 2007 (USA editions) and higher. So providing you have QuickBooks 2007 or 2008 you can see it and set it using QODBC:
Select TxnID, RefNumber, IsPending, IsFinanceCharge, IsPaid, IsToBePrinted, IsToBeEmailed from Invoice

Ok, so I can't set the IsToBeEmailed flag through QODBC? If not, is there a way to set this by default per customer in QuickBooks?
Thank you |
