QODBC Optimizer: Reload All Data did not complete (3) |

We recently deployed a new MS Access reporting application that uses QODBC to extract data from QuickBooks. I had no problems with it here in our lab, but the customer is getting an error when he tries to "Reload All Data". I suspect that there is some sort of environmental issue at play here, like file permissions or somesuch, but any assistance that you could offer as to the specific cause of the following error message would be greatly appreciated. I would paste the screenshot if I could, but here's a description of the error popup dialog:
A MSGBox with "QODBC Optimizer" in the title bar and a message of "Reload All Data did not complete (3)"
Thanks and best regards, Stuart |

Try resetting the QODBC Optimizer, see: How do I switch OFF or RESET the QODBC optimizer? and make sure QODBC is using a QuickBooks Admin account. If you use a USER account with limited access to parts of QuickBooks, then a "Reload All Data" will never complete correctly. |
