I used the following:

sp_report SalesByCustomerDetail show Text, Date, Item, UnitPrice, Quantity, Memo,  Amount, RunningBalance
parameters EntityFilterFullNameWithChildren = 'McArthur.', DateMacro = 'All'

While that report helps, I need the entire Memo Notes to show for this particular client.  I know that QB has a 93 (?) character limitation, but does QODBC have the same restrictions?

Unfortunately, the Intuit qbXML SDK doesn't currently doesn't include any customation in our calls to the QuickBooks Reporting Engine using SP_REPORT. These reports can do either the same or nearly the same as the reports in QuickBooks. But you can extract more infromation using the tables itself as shown in: Sales By Item Detail Report and Custom Fields
