Changed the behavior of inserting a NULL value in an insert statement. If you insert a NULL in an insert statement then the item is not sent to QuickBooks. Sending the NULL caused some Select INTO statements from systems like MS Access to fail.

Changed the way nSoftware IBiz components are loaded. Ibizqb3.dll and ipwssl6.dll are now activated with a LoadLibrary instead of autoloading at the startup of fqqb32.dll. If you do not configure a remote connection or QuickBooks Online Edition then those components are never loaded. This includes not loading them when running the QODBC Setup Screen. This was done to help eliminate 998 Setup errors.

Corrected an issue decrypting the TicketGUID and LoginGUIDs for QuickBooks Online Editon. This caused errors returning QBOE data to Excel queries. The connection string now allows encrypted or decrypted version of TicketGUID and LoginGUID.

Fixed installer overwrite of region when bundled with other applications. Fixed overwrite of Ibiz connector components with older versions.
