Hi Tom,

A Sales Order was closed with a Credit Memo. I need to locate this CreditMemoLineItem so that I can list it along with the closed sales order. This sales order was not converted into an invoice.

Thanks much,

Piyush Varma

Credit Memos are for the Customer or Customer:Job and can only be applied to invoices. There's no QuickBooks relationship between Credit Memos and Sales Orders. I also can't see how you can credit something that has never been charged for? The Credit would need to be applied to another invoice.
