First of all, the QODBC driver is working great. No issues. However, my question relates to solutions that may exist when trying to utilize it with Microsoft Access. I have set up an access database with tables that link up to 40 separate QB company files. I open each of them separately, and utilize an append query to transfer the table date to a static access table. Here is where the fun begins.. in order to clear the connection to that QB company file, I need to shut down the Access database, reopen it, and process the next append query. I would like to develop a macro or module within Access that would perform the quit and reopening of access through automation. Has anyone had success with this that they may be able to share? Thanks.

Yes, you can use a Make Table query and run it as many times you want, see: Running an sp_report in Access using VBA
