Fixed issues with DTS and other programs that send "QODBC." as the qualifier.
 
SP_REPORT Name field now returns the complete field data, was previously only returning first 101 characters.
 
Allows OEM D codes to function properly.

Optimizer Demo message added to the bottom of all tabs in the QODBC Setup Screen.
 
Disclaimer message for Australian version on the QB Online edition tab.
 
Chunking by FullName on tables Customer, Vendor and ItemService.

Setup activation option from the installer.

QuickBooks Online Edition turned on SDK 5.0 recently but does not include Iterators like the desktop version so this caused an error. This has been corrected.

QuickBooks Online EditionOptimizer storage name was being created blank. It now uses the Company Name.
