| using year-end password in query |

Is it possible to include the year-end (locks records as of specific date) password in a query?
The purpose is to modify the sales reps and job types in historic invoice data, so I would expect the query to apply to the "invoice" table only.
I realize that I can unlock the file, make changes, then re-lock, but I am looking for a more re-usable solution. |

| Sorry no, Intuit control all aspects regarding security and how Integrated Applications such as QODBC interact with the Intuit qbXML SDK and QuickBooks. You will need to unlock and relock the company file using the QuickBooks UI (user interface). |
