I have been able to use Microsoft Access to get the data from the TimeTracking table in QuickBooks Premier Contractor Edition 2006 (this is great!).  Everything seems to be there except for the data that shows up labeled "WC Code" in both the Single Activity time entry and the Weekly Timesheet display in QuickBooks.  Is there any way to get to that data?  I would like to use it.  Thanks very much!

Allan

Sorry the "WC Code" isn't exposed in QODBC, or the Workers Comp List for that matter. Intuit does not make available any direct payroll information via "tables". The most information we have is the EmployeeEarning, PayrollItemWage and PayrollItemNonWage tables, but there is no information on payroll checks.

Tom:

Aha, I thought that might be the case, since there were some other posts about payroll items.  OK, well, I guess that's the way it goes.  Thank you very much for your prompt and extremely helpful response.  I think I figured out a different way to do what I need based on one of the other columns in the table.

You guys have a really great product that has been immensely helpful to me.  Thank you again.

Allan
