I'm using Access 2007 to update fields within Quickbooks Enterprise Mfg and Whsle Edition 7.0.  QODBC will not allow multiple changes to an estimate without refreshing between changes.  Can this problem be resolved through a simple command?  I've reviewed the Estimate setup that allows multiple line items for a single estimate but need assistance in transfering this information into Acccess 7.0 commands in updating existing estimates.

Sorry, you're not to clear here. Have a look at: Inserting invoice lines built from external data using MS Access for a DoCmd.RunSQL example.

To ensure your updates are seen, check the "Optimize data after an Insert or Update" option in the QODBC Setup Screen Optimizer tab.

The estimates are already loaded into Quickbooks.  All we are trying to do is update the EstimateLineRate with the EstimateLineQantity where the EstimateLineQuantity is greater than .08.  We have approximatley 6,000 lines in the database with 1,000 estimates.  Some estimates have as many as 20 line items.  When attempting to update the EstimateLineRate, we are limited to one change per estimate before we have to refresh.
