Does anyone know how I can get my report to display the parent/ child Customer names in a cascading style?
I do have the customer List file in my report. I have figured out how it would work if the parent always had data, or if the parent never had data but unfortunately that is not the case for this report. I can use the full name each time but many of our jobs have multi-levels and it is just not visually appealing. |

It's just a matter of grouping the ParentRefFullName and using Name:

That will not always work. The parent does not have any data in the ParentRefFullName field. So all Parent names, and any customer that does not have any jobs under it (children) will all be grouped together in a "blank" group. Also since the ParentRefFullName will only be for the next level up, any multi-leveled jobs will have these lower levels grouped independently. |
