Is there a reference document available that lists more detailed descriptions, causes, and possible resolutions of QODBC errors?

For example, I run an update query which returns an error:

[QODBC] Error : 3175 - There was an error adding, modifying or deleting School because it is already in use. QuickBooks error message: the transaction could not be locked. (#10053)

It would be great if I could research the possible causes of the error.

The error is saying that you have School open in the QuickBooks User Interface. You can't change a record you are working with within the QuickBooks user interface and modify it using QODBC at the same time. Simply close the the dialog you are using in QuickBooks.

See: What does this numeric error code from QuickBooks mean? for more info on error messages.
