How do I add "Addional Info" values for a new or an existing customer please?
1. CustomerTypeRefFullName / CustomerTypeRefListID, 2. TermsRefFullName / TermsRefListID, and 3. SalesTaxCodeRefFullName / SalesTaxCodeRefListID ?

You use either the ListID or RefFullName in the Customer Insert or Update statement (not both). By running the following queries you can determine the ListIDs to use:
SELECT ListID, FullName, IsActive FROM CustomerType
SELECT ListID, Name, IsActive FROM Terms
SELECT ListID, Name, IsActive FROM SalesTaxCode
