| QODBC Install error on Win 2K |

When I launch qodbci.exe Version 9.0.0.253 on my Win 2K Pro machine I get an Installation Error window with "The QODBC Driver for QuickBooks Enterprise cannot install on a machine which does not have QuickBooks Enterprise 2006-2009 per-loaded on it. Please load the program and try again". I am told by sales I should be able to install this ODBC for use with RDS Client so that I can access data from QB without having QB installed on this computer. Please advise. Thank you. |

| You need to install the full product version of QODBC (see: How can I get the latest version of QODBC? ), not the QODBC Enterprise Desktop version that can only be installed on computers with QuickBooks Enterprise installed. |
