I just purchased QODBC Desktop Driver for Quickbooks USA 2008 Read Only.  I am running Quickbooks 2006 - the 5 user version where the QB file is on a server.

I installed QODBC and I can connect to most of the tables just fine via ODBC and MS Access 2003.  There are some tables that give me an error when trying to link to them in Access.  For example, the table InvoiceLine gives me the error: "The Operation Failed.  There are too many indexes on the table 'tmp%#MAU@'. Delete some of the indexes on the table and try the operation again."

What should I do?

This is a confirmed bug using QODBC v8.00.00.234 and MS Access 2003 or 2007. We are currently investigating the issue and we will advise either a workaround or fix shortly here. When using QuickBooks 2007, these tables have too many optimized indexes:

CreditMemoLine
CreditMemoLinkedTxn
EstimateLine
InvoiceLine
InvoiceLInkedTxn
PurchaseOrderLine
Sales
SalesLine
SalesOrderLine
SalesOrderLInkedTxn
SalesReceiptLine

When is this going to be fixed?  It's causing a lot of delays for me.
