Data only refresh the first time. Then after close and open Access Form, do not see new data from Quickbook.

Close and reopen Access database, does not refresh also.

Have tried different optimizer setting, and even turning it off.

What else can I do?

Access 2007
Quickbook Manufacturing and Wholesales Trial 9.0
QODBC 9

You need to check the Optimize Data after an Insert or Update option.

Make sure all QODBC connections are closed before making any optimizer setup changes. Because you're using MS Access you will need to unlink all QODBC tables and then relink them to force the change.

OK did what you suggested.

Now data is refreshed only close and reopen Access.

Any ways to execute refresh on Access form without closing the Access's form?

If unchecked optimiser, mean data is really "live"??

Thanks.

I think you will find that if you move to another record and back the data is refreshed. It's up to you to refresh your own form.
