I need to create a history on each customer, what they purchased and which item (like a usage report and reference sheet for the sales reps with sales prices, item numbers and quantity). Where  can I get this information on the tables?

For the Customer history for this year you would run:

sp_report SalesByCustomerDetail show Text, Blank, TxnType, Date, RefNumber, Memo,
SalesRep, Item, Quantity, UnitPrice, Amount, RunningBalance
parameters DateMacro = 'ThisYear'

or for the total history for a selected Customer:

sp_report SalesByCustomerDetail show Text, Blank, TxnType, Date, RefNumber, Memo,
SalesRep, Item, Quantity, UnitPrice, Amount, RunningBalance
parameters EntityFilterFullNameWithChildren = 'Abercrombie, Kristy', DateMacro = 'All'
